Refund & Return Policy
Mason Chemical & Supplies will refund 100% of the products price if the product is undamaged, unused, and unopened. The products seal must not be broken, if the seal if broken we will not refund the product price. We do not refund shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all charges for the product to be shipped back to Mason Chemical & Supplies. Returns may be made within 30 days of the purchase date. A credit refund will be given upon return of the item(s). We recommend sending returns by UPS, or with a insured receipt for your protection.
Shipping Policy
Mason Chemical & Supplies products are shipped UPS ground. If you need your product(s) sooner, you may pay an additional shipping charge. Next day, and second day shipping cost more. Shipping days are Monday through Friday. All orders are processed and shipped within one business day, excluding holidays, weekends, or back orders. We try to ship orders that are placed before 1:00p.m on the same business day, sometimes they will leave the store the next business day.
Backorders
Mason Chemical & Supplies will make every effort possible to ship your order in a timely fashion If any of the items you have ordered are not available for immediate shipment, your order may be divided into multiple shipments. ( If something is on backorder, you will not be charged for shipping twice, we will only charge shipping on your main order). We will ship the orders that are in stock, unless you the customer wants to wait until all items are in stock. We will notify you by phone or email with an estimated product release date. We will not charge your credit card on backorder items until the item is shipped to you.
